Penguins are fascinating animals. They have endured over 60 million years of some of the planet's harshest conditions. That's about 200 times the entire span of our species.
And they do it by collaborating. They gather to face the storms, share food, and take care of each other's young.
You won't see them flying through the air, but underwater is a different story. They move as one, synchronized and alert, each pulling its weight so the whole group gets where it's going.
That's collaboration at its best.
Not individual brilliance. Shared awareness, shared responsibility, and everyone's success tied to everyone else's.
